What you cannot see matters most.

A bathroom is the wettest room in the house, and the work that decides whether it lasts is hidden once the tile goes on: the shower pan, the waterproofing membrane, the slope to the drain, the valve in the wall and the ventilation that clears moisture out of the room.

Omnix builds bathrooms from the framing out. Showers are waterproofed as a system before tile is set, plumbing is brought up to current code while the walls are open, and the exhaust fan is ducted to the outside. Your estimate lists each of those items so you can see what you are paying for.

Most bathroom remodels take two to four weeks of construction. If demolition uncovers a past leak, rot or mold behind the old tub or shower, our restoration division deals with it on the same contract.

Questions

Before you call.

Anything else, call 1-888-983-7158 or write to info@omnixbuild.com.

How long does a bathroom remodel take?

Most bathrooms take two to four weeks of construction depending on scope and materials. You receive a written schedule before work begins.

Can you convert my tub to a walk-in shower?

Yes. It is one of the most common bathroom projects. The drain and valve are adapted to a shower, the pan is sloped and waterproofed, and the walls are tiled.

Do I need a permit for a bathroom remodel?

If plumbing, electrical or walls are changing, most cities require one. Omnix handles the permit and inspections.

What happens if you find mold or water damage behind the walls?

We stop, show you what we found and give you a written price to correct it. Our restoration division handles water damage and mold remediation, so it stays on one contract.

Do you offer financing?

Financing options may be available through third-party lenders, subject to credit approval. Ask about current programs at your free estimate. All terms come from the lender in writing before you sign.
